“Everything was perfect for the first comers like us except the "Breakfast Included" information. It'd interpreted, either intended or unintended, as a sort of "fradulent advertisement". I think it'd be an issue for both your (Expedia) advertisement and the ESA's. The advertisement specifically says the breakfast a "continental breakfast. However, in fact, it's NOT. What the ESA in San Ramon provides in the morning hours is NOT what the typical "continental breakfast" supposed to be. But no...

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”
